In connection with the sale of batteries and accumulators, we as a retailer are required under the Battery Ordinance to inform you as a consumer of the following:

You are legally obligated to return batteries and accumulators.
You can return them to a municipal collection point or send them back to us for disposal after use.
Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with a symbol, consisting of a crossed-out wheeled bin and the chemical symbol of the heavy metal that is decisive for the classification as harmful.

Cd = Cadmium
Pb = Lead
Hg = Mercury
